The federal government’s educational loan program supports you in financing your studies in advanced training phases. The loan, which you can apply for online at the Federal Office of Administration (BVA), is limited in time and has a particularly low interest rate.
The loan can be used independently from the BAföG benefits. It is granted regardless of your income.
After examining the application, you will receive a written notification. In the event of a positive decision, the BVA will send you a contract offer from KfW together with the decision, which will take over the conclusion of the loan agreement, the payment of the installments and the repayment.
