A strong signal for sustainability and regionality: We are delighted that our NahWertVoll project is featured in detail in the current DSW Journal!

On several pages, you can gain exciting insights into our commitment to sustainable nutrition in our canteens.

What is NahWertVoll?
NahWertVoll stands for a sustainable and regional food culture in our canteens and cafeterias. Our aim is to actively promote the food transition – with a clear focus on:

  • Sustainability: We focus on resource-conserving processes and responsible food handling.

  • Regionality: Cooperation with regional producers and suppliers strengthens the local economy and ensures fresh, seasonal products on the plate.

  • Transparency: We provide students and staff with comprehensive information about the origin, quality and processing of the food on offer.

Why is this important?
Our canteens are places of change and innovation. With NahWertVoll, we want to show that a sustainable transformation of nutrition is possible – and that it benefits everyone: the environment, health and the community.
