Now the time has come. After some delays
the redevelopment of the Große Oderstraße residential complex will begin on July 1, 2023.
For this it is necessary that all tenants by no later than
move out of the residential complex by June 30, 2023. The corresponding
Termination letters are being prepared and will be sent by the end of March 2023.
Of course, we offer each tenant an alternative housing option in
one of our other residential facilities in Frankfurt. The prerequisite for this is an application to the Studentenwerk.
